Choosing PDF Format by Default

Hi,
While creating a new customer in the "Info tab" on the bottom of the page we have a option for "email preferences" and beside that we have a drop down box to choose from HTML and PDF.We always use PDF and the problem is that we have to choose PDF manually every time we create a new customer.Is there any possiblity of making that(PDF) as default,instead of choosing every time.It would be really great if you can help me out this.Thank you in advance.
