Using Formula (Text) and CASE statements

Hi
I want to create a search where based on if a field contains a string and output a value else output the other. So in pseudo code:
case 'I have cheeseburger' contains 'cheeseburger' then 'got cheese burger' else 'no cheese burger'.

I have tried something like :
CASE {transaction.item} = 'Search PPC Campaign Management' THEN 'this' ELSE 'xyz' END

...but no luck
