Always with the wrong Custom Trx Form, but not the preferred
I have multiple Custom Transaction Forms (for Invoice).
I have carefully checked and setup :
1. for the preferred is correctly tick in the Custom Transaction Form listing (Setup>Customization>Transaction Forms),
2. also ensure correct setup for the role for those enable few forms and ensure correct tick for preferred.
But the user with this role, she create invoice, it always being defaulted to other Custom Trx Form. Why it is so? what I have missed?
Have done Ctrl+F5 refresh screen a few times, the user logout and re-login. But still problem.
