OpenAir JOB_TO_PROJECT help needed

I am trying to work out the advanced integration from NetSuite to OpenAir using the built-in integration language, but I am having some issues. I tried getting OA support to help, but I was told that advanced integration was not supported and I would need to have a consultant set up through our administrator to do it. ??!?

I guess the guide they give me is just for light reading. Anyway, I am trying to pull projects from NetSuite into OpenAir and use the templates. I can get a new project created in OpenAir but several of the fields are not set and I am unable to save it manually after viewing it in the OA ui.
