Add invoice of creation of credit memo?

Hi, is the following workflow possible:

1. Create credit memo manually through the UI
2. Have NetSuite automatically create an invoice for the value of the credit memo.
3. Have NetSuite automatically apply the credit memo to the invoice so that the invoice is Paid in Full and the Credit Memo is Full Applied.

I currently have a C# program doing this which requires user intervention. I would love to have this done automatically when the Credit Memo is created.
