Send email when case updated script
I need to have an email sent to the case owner when a case is updated in NetSuite.
For our situation we must control this using a context object as only 2 of us out of the company require this feature (the other people who use cases are Support and they do not want to be flooded with case update notifications)
I wrote a quick script that works as intended if the case is updated in the UI, but if the case is responded to via email or via an online form it triggers permission violation errors.
Has anyone written a script like this in the past? If so, how does it handle online forms and email responses?
