cross reference items
We are a couple of weeks from go live and I am wondering about this. We have a LOT of part numbers in our system that are obsoleted and superceded to newer part numbers. They are so numerous that none of our sales reps can be expected to know all the cross references on their own.
In our soon to be old system we have these in as regular item numbers but the description field tells us what current part number to use.
Is there a way to have Netsuite substitute the current part number for the old obsolete part numbers automagically during order entry?
