Scripting a fax to be sent based on results of a saved search

I have created a saved search that looks for customers who purchase certain products and specific information is blank on the customer record . I want to send a fax to the customer if they show up on this search. Is this possible? Additionally can an alert be set to send an email to the customer email address?
