Cancel order with workflow

I need help making a workflow (since the workflow "help" page is anything but).

I would like to take every sales order that appears on a given search and cancel it.  These would all be "Pending Fulfillment" sales orders.

I would have really liked to do this via script but it seems it is too much to expect from NetSuite that this be an option.

If anyone can give me step by step directions for what I would assume to be this simple task it would be greatly appreciated.
