Reusable Quote / Orders with up to date pricing?
I'm trying to figure out if there is a way, and what is best practice, to create a transaction record that people can reuse. We are a solar company that sells many orders by a complete system. So, every order with have mostly the same basic items on it.
It's very consuming for our sales reps to create a new order with 30+ items so we'd like to have a reusable quote and order than any sales rep could use and save as a new transaction for their customer.
The current issue with using the make copy action is people aren't using the make copy option and just saving the order after customizing it for their customer. Is there any way to prevent this?
