No longer able to connect Eclipse to my accounts in Netsuite?

edited Dec 3, 2019 8:24AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 13 comments

I have been successfully uploading files to my sandbox account in Netsuite using Eclipse for the past few weeks. Didn't have any problems with setting it up, but at the time I elected not to connect Eclipse to my production account because my company didn't want me to upload anything to production.

Last week I got authorization to start uploading files to production, so I tried Netsuite -> Manage Accounts -> Add Account in Eclipse and received "Unable to connect to server. Login information may be incorrect or server is unavailable." error message. My username and password is definitely correct, I read online to just reset everything in Eclipse by going to Netsuite -> Troubleshoot -> Reset Master Password and Account Information, but unfortunately this eliminated my functioning sandbox connection and now I'm unable to connect Eclipse to my sandbox account in addition to not being able to connect it to production

Howdy, Stranger!
