I'm Dying...
Since our switch to v11 we have seen major slow downs and a decline in sales. This weekend our sales were 25% what they were just a couple of weeks ago. Our shopping cart abondments are up as well as our page hits. Which means - adword costs are steady, sales are declining. Of course we anticipated some minor inconvenience, but not such a significant slow down. I have filed a case a week ago (445344), but it has not even been started.
The pessimist in me says that this is a slow painful death. The optimist in me says not to worry, NS will fix it shortly. The realist in me says that we better come up with a plan B before our busy season starts.
