NetSuite Down?

NetSuite appears to be completely down.
As mentioned many times before, it would be super-helpful, with respect to critical outages, or key outages for key partners (e.g., FedEx, Metavante, Perquest), for NetSuite to either:
a) have a separate webpage that we could ping to check network/system/partner status and get updates
or
b) send out a notification email to all (subscribed) Customer Administrators advising them of the issue status.
or
c) have the capability to modify the "on hold" music give us updates on the very critical, system-wide issues
... Just out of curiosity, what is the communications plan under an emergency? If there is an earthquake in Northern California, and I am waiting for NetSuite to switch over to backup servers or something, is there a communications plan in place? I would hope that it would include one or all of the above...
