V2007 Upgrade went well!
Wow, I can't believe how much better major upgrades are with Netsuite than they were with our last software provider (Icode, Everest). We had one major problem and our two retail stores were down for most of the day but I submitted an online incident and got a call back the same day (a Saturday none-the-less). The support gal, Theresa Pappas, was awesome and she called with a resolution very quickly. It turns out one of the groupings in a saved search was causing a problem which resulted in an "unexpected error" upon taking payment for an order. We had
