COD on fedex not working right with new release
Hi,
I noticed someone else is having problems in UPS...but we are having similar plus an additional problem in FEDEX integration.
In previous versions;
COD amount was autofilled with the order total plus shipping. (we've created a line item for the COD amount of 8.50 which is what Fedex charges.) We had to manually subtract the dollar amount of the items that we're not fullfilled. (BTW: This is a total pain and it would be great if the fulfillment amount would show
NOW, we just caught 2 issues:
1. The COD amount that is autofilled contains the original order total but NO SHIPPING AMOUNT.
