Can Not Edit A Customer Record
From within the administrator's role, or any other role where the permission exist, we are simply trying to edit a customer's record. For example, open a customer record, change customer's price level, save the record. Now with the new version, we are greeted with the message "Payments have been accepted from the top level parent. The top level parent can not be changed.". What is happening? How basic is this?
