Confident Netsuite will Deliver on Promises?

We have years of software releases working right now. We all want new functionality to keep our business on the leading edge over competitors. Sometimes press releases, marketing material, release notes and sales people lead us to believe new functionality will be available.

Based on my 8 year Netsuite customer experience, I would say about 85% of the software released works when released. The other 15% of the software is broken and unusable on when released. This 15% has been extremely expensive because there is no warning when our business plans on it and we waste hours implementing the buggy functionality thinking its us. Netsuite often has no idea that some functionality is not usable when it's released and typically takes several months to get it fixed. We are learning to ignore Netsuite expectations until we have tested software ourselves and we stay
