Default Shipping Method no longer defaults to SO
We found in 2009.2 when placing a Sales Order from the Customer Record > Create New menu the Default Shipping Method no longer works. We have a Default Shipping Method in 2009.1 which has worked well. In 2009.2 there is a new field on the customer record named Carrier. NetSuite chose to default the Carrier field to "Other". If NetSuite had chosen to leave this field blank, which is what they should do, then our Default Shipping Method works correctly as it does now. We were told yesterday we must go into the customer record and manually update the new
