Webstore errors as of 2009.2
We were upgraded to 2009.2 last night, and looking today our cart abandonment has shot up to 84% and checkout abandonment is 63%. We have customers emailing us saying that they cant checkout anymore, it keeps giving session timeout errors and site under maintenance pages. Is anyone else having this problem? We have raised a case for this but being the weekend im not sure if it will get looked at. Evan, if your reading this please can you find out whats going on?!
