2010.2 - Major Issues on Day 1
Good morning,
Here is an outline of the major issues we have encountered with this update. Perhaps someone has seen these issues and has a workaround, or can benefit by our proposed work arounds.
Also, this can serve as a record of how, yet again as with every update, our ability to collect money and perform basic tasks in our process have been either broken or take 3x as long.
1. Cant Process Credit Cards, and attempting to do so loses all CC data - The Largest Issue. Case #:1219345 Defect#: 180480.
Credit card exists in customer record. We pull up the customers invoice, and in the credit card select field, select the available credit card number. This number used to read: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234. It now reads a string of code: VISA - 515c8360ca9ab8372y7823rr387h3r782hr73. This is our clue it will not process correctly. When we continue with this process, it REMOVES the credit card from the customer record, and we are then forced to call the customer to reacquire this information. Additionally, the payment fails. We process thousands of dollars in credit cards per day, and are now at a stand still while
