Extended Shopping Cart with Shipping Estimator Errors
Hi All,
We are having errors with the new extended shopping cart. Is anyone else? I have started a case, and someone is working on it. Case # 1226304.
We offer UPS and USPS rates. If I select a UPS item, the total at the right reflects the commercial rate even though the list that I’ve chosen from shows residential rates. Then, I change to carrier USPS. Before I select a Priority Mail option, I can see the handling charge for whichever UPS rate I had previously selected. When I choose the USPS method (Priority Mail), it works correctly by showing the same rate in the list and in the total. Then, I go back to the UPS rates.
