Wrong time of year!!!

Evan,

Please please can you re-think your upgrade schedule. Every year you do it at this time and it is at the height of the busiest season, you could not have picked a worse time to do this.

October/November and December are the busiest months of the year by far and to dump this on us with the inevitable problems that arise is not helpful. Have you considered a pole of your customers asking which month would be the best moth of the year for an upgrade. I suggest you make one and make it a "Sticky" and see what your customers have to say.
