Cannot pull certain lists (Sales Orders, Bank Register) without timing out daily

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:40PM in General 1 comment

Ever  since we were upgraded, we cannot bring up lists the first time around.

For example, yesterday, we wanted to pull up the bank register- it timed out three times.

So then we tried to to limit the search for two days- of which, we knew we had less than 20 transactions, it timed out.

Everytime I try to pull up the Sales Order list, (Transactions-> Sales-> Enter  Sales Orders-> List), the first three times it times out, and we receive this notice:

This search has timed out. You can choose to schedule it to run in the background and have the results emailed to you when complete. On the saved search form, click the "Email" tab, check "Send According to Schedule", choose an email address on the "Specific Recipients" subtab and a recurrence pattern on the "Schedule" subtab.

Howdy, Stranger!
