Booooo! on the new support center "thing"
I used to be able to use Support > Contact Support Online (or something like that). It would popup a little window and I could compose my support case while also having a valid session in my account to research, copy and paste error messages, etc.
Now you've forced this new "Support Center" which trashes the original session so I can't navigate my account and collect the required data for the case details.
It also is making me type my "contact info" (last name and first name) when submitting the case. Really? You can't figure out who is logged in and default to the user's name?
