2013.1 - Problem with order fulfilment Tracking Numbers

Anyone running 2013.1 and using a CSV import to fulfill your sales orders --

Are the tracking numbers being saved in the sales order and fulfillment notice?

I started getting calls asking for the tracking number and found that none of the orders have tracking numbers saved that were fulfilled via the import.
Just started after the upgrade.

I filed a case but wanted to check/warn others if the problem is with the upgrade
