Workflow/Script Problems in New Release

Anyone else having workflow/script problems? 

A little background on us: we drop-ship basically all orders.  We have a 3rd-party integration with NetSuite that picks up and sends a new PO to the vendor to be fulfilled.  We can track these transactions in a script's execution log (not easily, I might add).

Here's how our process works: We have 5 scheduled workflows that approve SO's (set status to Pending Fulfillment) based on specific payment criteria.  Once the order is set to Pending Fulfillment, by NetSuite default, the drop-ship PO is created.  The 3rd-party script looks for new PO's after record submit and shoots them to the vendor.
