Help! Unable to View Any Item Records

Our account was updated this past weekend and ever since the update we have been unable to view any item records.

We opened a support case and were told that the issue has something to do with the Oracle database and that the issue won't be resolved until June 20th.

Not being able to add, review, or open item records in Netsuite renders our Netsuite account useless and doesn't allow us to function as a business.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is anyone aware of a workaround?
