UPS Shipment Tracking (linked from transaction) Not Available
Since the release, the linked UPS Tracking Numbers from fulfilled transactions (ie Sales Order) no longer display tracking info (shipment status/progress).
The new window opens as expected, and the tracking number is shown, but the only message under "Shipment Service" is "Shipment tracking information not available". Actual tracking/progress can be verified via UPS website.
Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on a fix?
I did not see any other open threads on the same topic.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
