Required Phone # for FedEx Integrated Shipping not populating
We are not able to process FedEx Integrated shipping because we get an error that the required phone number is not available. After adding it to the customer record, and then to the customer addresses, it appears that Netsuite is trying to source the Shipping Phone directly from the Sales Order... which is not automatically updated when updating the customer address records. I am in the process of importing the main client phone number to each open sales order, but this is obviously an issue.
In the past, I believe NetSuite was defaulting to the main client phone # if nothing was listed under the shipping address phone #. If this IS what was happening, it's not working anymore. Is anyone else having this issue? Can a NetSuite rep please open a case for this issue and look into further?
