Print shipping label prints invoice?

When trying to print integrated shipping labels UPS and USPS from an item fulfillment, an invoice prints instead of the label?  We click print label and it simply prints a invoice.  We have to log in then log back out, sometimes going to another transaction and then back fixes it.  Using Chrome.

Also transactions no longer have the printer icon in safari, you can hover over and get the same functionality but the icon is missing.  I am wondering if the fulfillment page error is simply a GUI issue where we think we are selecting print label but it is actually accessing print?  Has anyone else experienced this?
