Can't add item to Customer's Item Pricing; error 'Please enter value for Price Level'
When trying to add an item to a Customer's Item Pricing list, we specify the item's SKU, set the Price Level as 'Custom', select the currency, and then input the item's special price as the rate. Upon Saving, a pop-up appears stating: "Please enter value for Price Level". Even though it has already been set as 'Custom'. This pop-up message prevents us from saving the item in the Customer's Item Pricing list.
Has any one else encountered this or knows of a fix?
