Sticky Notes pop-up very annoying

Is it just me or does anybody else find the Sticky Notes pop-up menu to be very annoying? Every time my mouse pointer passes over a field title the Sticky Notes pop-up is displayed, which means about a hundred times on every form I look at, and it is seriously getting my goat.

Are there any settings for Sticky Notes I can control and turn this annoying thing off?
