Tell your sales reps to be careful - we're finding that the payment hold notice, normally displayed at the top of the sales order on saving after receiving a decline, is not being displayed on the initial save. Instead, the green 'transaction successfully saved' banner is displayed instead.  On subsequently pulling up the record, the hold notice is displayed as expected, but that initial save is what sales reps are trained to look for while on the phone with the customer.
