New Timeout issue?

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:38PM in General 2 comments

Good morning,

We have some users reporting intermittent timeout issues since the new release. We use Okta (SAML 2.0), so users are authenticating there, then logging in to NetSuite via Okta.  What happens is this:

1. Log in to Okta
2. Click on NetSuite app in Okta (i.e. login to NetSuite)
3. Successful login to NetSuite (i.e. home page loads)
4. Immediately after, e.g on first click within NetSuite or global search, user is redirected to a timeout page.

Users will repeat steps 2-4 a few times before 4) ceases and their NetSuite session functions as expected.

Anyone else seeing this?  This is a new issue since the release, and we've been using Okta for some time without anything similar in the past.

Howdy, Stranger!
