UPS Return Label in NetSuite

This service was introduced in the latest release. However; it is not functional in my opinion.
We turned the feature off after turning the feature on and learned that we had to unmark the return box on every single sales order. Additionally, it is not clear how you connect this to a return authorization.
All videos shows how to create a label without saying any more. However; FedEx return is clear and has comprehensive help to direct the user toward the correct path.

With FedEx you can create a shipping item for returns. This is impossible in UPS.

Is anyone successfully using the UPS return Label? Can you share how you do it and how the return authorization is connected to this label?
