UPS ship email notification - how do I turn that off?

Currently our customers receive two emails when their orders ships.  One comes from Netsuite saying their shipment has been fulfilled and provides a tracking number.  Another comes from UPS Quantum View with the same tracking information.  We want to turn the UPS emails off but have not been able to find that switch in Netsuite.  Does anyone know where that function lives?
