Drop ship shipping charges from various zipcodes?

Can we utilize wearhouse LOCATION to have NetSuite calculate the UPS shipping charges from that location to the customer address? As oppose to charging all the UPS shipping charges from our zip code.

Our sales orders containes items that are shipped from one location by UPS and some items that are drop shipped by our vendors from different states.

Can anyone offer a solid solution to deal with the above as orders are fulfilled?

We calculate the dropships' shipping charges using third party or ups tolols and then add it to the UPS charges incurred for the item send by UPS.
