Ship phone number on Packing Slips & drop-ship PO's

I think this issue was discussed before, but I'm hoping it's easier in v2007...

Can anyone suggest a (simple) way to get the shipping address phone number printed on packing slips and drop-ship PO's?  The carriers like a phone number to go with the shipping address (and we don't use FedEx / UPS integration).
