Issue 124617U Webstore Charging wrong UPS rates
Issue124617U
When customer check out in our webstore, if they are purchasing more than one item, the UPS rate that is quoted is assuming each item is shipped in a separate package. The UPS rate is way too high.
Interestingly when manually entering the same order in Netsuite it computes the rate properly.
We have been addressing this issue with support since June - and have had no resolution.
Customers that are ordering multiple items online are abandoning their carts because the rates are too high.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Does anyone has any idea when it will be fixed.
