FedEx - When is it transmitted to FedEx?
We're getting used to using the FedEx Integration currently, and are running into one major question - when does the package information get transmitted to FedEx?
It appears that with a few exceptions, everything matches between Netsuite and FedEx Insight, but it seems to take days before Insight has the information. We generate the labels at the time of order, and generate the manifest at the end of the day. Does anyone know when the information is (should be?) transmitted to FedEx? Like usual, I couldn't get a straight answer from the phone rep at Netsuite and my case went unanswered.
