Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails
Is there a way to send "Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails" ONLY when the fulfillment has a TRACKING NUMBER? We want to automatically notify our customers ...but only when we have a tracking number to give them.
We currently don't use automated "Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails" because many orders (like orders drop-shipped by a supplier that won't send us the tracking numbers on their invoice or orders shipped by "motor freight") don't have tracking numbers and we don't like sending shipping notification emails unless we are also providing the tracking number.
Could this be set-up as a "alert" rather than using the standard "Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails" feature?
