Switching integrated label between UPS and FedEx

Netsuite can handle only 1 integrated label at a time. Thus one must first finish all your integrated UPS labels for the day. Then under setup shipping: change integrated label to Fedex, and afterwords back to UPS again.

I am trying to add to the shipping role the abilty for the shipping person to make this change between UPS and FedEx. However it seems to me only the Administrator can do this change because when I add the "setup accounting" permission to the shipping persons role, then even though the setup shipping link is displayed in that role, when one clicks on it it throws an "permision violation - anly adminstrator can do this task" error. :rolleyes:
