Upgraded to 2008.1 - Commercial Invoices now broken
We were upgraded to 2008.1 on 4/18. Now FedEx commercial invoices won't print such that once again we can't use Netsuite for international shipping. 2 months ago Nesuite finally added the option to bill duties and taxes to the recipients such that for the first time in 3 years we've been able to use integrated international fulfillments (Yay!). However, now the customs documents are broken hence we're down again. We've opened a case and are waiting to get an issue #.
When we try to print a commercial invoice, we get the following error:
"Notice
69 is an invalid custom form"
Let me know if anyone else is seeing this error.
