Received Sales Order - Can't approve transaction
OK, so we've been getting by with NetSuite for about 6 months now, taking orders from the web site. So far, we get notification of an order, crank up NS and go to the TRANSACTIONS-SALES-APPROVE/FULFILL/BILL... --- and that's how it worked until today.
There is nothing generated by NS when I go to TRANSACTIONS-SALES-APPROVE (or fulfill). I can use TRANSACTIONS-CUSTOMERS-VIEW_CREDIT_CARD_TRANSACTIONS and then search for the customer name and sure enough there it is. I select it using the "sales order" link and it brings up the sales order with "PENDING APPROVAL" in light grey text.
What happened? Did some setting change in my NS, or has NS changed functionality?
