ups and fedex integration on multiple printers

We have 2 thermal printers set up for printing shipping lables for ups and fedex.
We want to print ups labels for one printers and fedex lables on the second one.But, the label.bat associated with EPL2 extension is showing the printer
as UPS printer.Now, the UPS labels and FEDEX lables are printing from UPS printer. How can I have 2 batch files one is pointed to UPS and the other one pointed to FEDEX so I can use 2 printers for 2 carriers.
