Any way to default a shipping method for Canadian orders?
We have "UPS Ground" as our default shipping method. Under the individual shipping items, we have...
UPS "ground" can ship to USA only
UPS "standard" can ship to Canada only
Orders shipping to Canada by ground need to use the method called "UPS Standard" or else it will fail to get a "real time rate".
It works most of the time, but occasionally we have a Canadian calling to tell us that they're getting a message that says "we can't ship to your specified location with the shipping method that you have selected". So, I assume that it's picking "UPS ground" and not "UPS standard" and also not offering them a means to switch to "UPS standard".
