Package Dimensions

Hello, we use integrated shipping and I am trying to set up some packages in 'Set up Shipping' on the packages tab.  The dimensions keep rounding to the whole number.  Is this a preference I have set somewhere that is causing this or is it a defect in that it will not accept "10 1/2 or 10.5" for example?
