Packing Slip with Dropship PO

We'd like to have the packing slip information sent along with the drop ship order. 

Doesn't seem possible, so as a workaround, we thought of somehow editing the dropship template to include a second page.  This could automatically copy the customer address when the PO is raised, for the supplier to print off and user as a packing slip.

Does anyone know if its possible and if so how?

Is there another simpler way to achieve this?
