Stop confirmation/fulfillment emails on Amazon orders only?
We use FarApp to connect to Amazon Seller Central. When an order from Amazon comes through, our normal confirmation/fulfillment emails are sent. Amazon does not want us to send these communications, but we do not know how to stop them.
There are a couple of threads about using saved searches to send confirmation/fulfillment emails -- specifically this one with instructions from Evan -- but the process is more than a bit intimidating and I'm not even sure if this would solve our problem.
We do have a few fields in our sales orders which indicate an order is an Amazon order -- can we reference them in a saved search to prevent confirmation/fulfillment emails from being sent to those customers only?
