Item w/multiple boxes, can you tell NS that for ex an item ships in 3 separate boxes?

We came across with a new line of products that for example one item is shipped in 3 boxes. So for example box 1 weighs 10 lbs, #2 15 lbs & #3 12 lbs.

How can I tell NS that when calculating the shipping charges for this item it must do it for each box separately?

It's not the same to calculate the shipping charges of 37 lbs. than 3 separeate boxes that total 37 lbs.

I looked everywhere and I was not able to find a way to tell NS that an item ships in multiple boxes, can anyone help?
